The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this portal and compliant to the organization’s terms and conditions. “The Organization”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Organization. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Member and Ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Inteded Parties

Unless otherwise stated, Chuka University Alumni Association Portal (CUAA) is inteded for Chuka University Alumni Members.Only legitimate members that have graduated from Chuka University have the ability to use this portal. You may access this portal from our website subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

• Use invalid data during registration
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Chuka University Alumni Association
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Chuka University Alumni Association
• Redistribute content from Chuka University Alumni Association

Change of Terms

From time to time, we may keep on updating our terms and conditions on this site. You are therefore required to keep on checking so as you are upto date and not in violation of any of our terms.

Confidentiality Policy

For security reasons of the Member and Our Orginization all information shared between the parties is kept private. No information is provided to the third parties without explicit permission from us. Disclosure of the member’s information is considered a violation of our Confidentiality Policy.

The usage of our alumni portal is for the benefit of members and the orginization only. It's an optional case for the members to sign up through this platform. As long as the portal and the information and services on the portal are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
